Annie Delcour – Yip – Cofounder
After studying Asian Trade Management at the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, Annie built a successful career in international procurement and sourcing, working with clients across industries and borders. Fluent in six languages, including Mandarin and Cantonese, Annie bridges cultural and commercial gaps with ease.
Early on, she recognized a common challenge: too many companies are sales-focused, but miss out on the internal savings they could gain through smarter procurement. That insight led to a conscious specialization in the business side of purchasing. With over two decades of experience, Annie quickly pinpoints inefficiencies, and sets up logical, efficient procurement systems that make a lasting difference.
Alongside her consulting work, she runs Anniething®, an international trading company that develops marketing concepts and sources unique, high-quality promotional products and campaign materials. Every product tells a story – tailored to brand, audience, and message.
Annie is a Registered Negotiator with the NLBVO (Dutch Association for Professional Negotiators), where she helps raise professional standards in negotiation and sourcing.

Miguel Delcour – CoFounder
Miguel has been focused on business management and organizational design from the start. He studied Graphic Techniques at the Media College in Amsterdam, followed by Technical Business Administration at Avans University, and Business Administration at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
Throughout his career, Miguel has worked to make organizations simpler, more logical, and more effective. As founder of Firm in Enterprise, he is the originator of the philosophy of Organizational Simplification. He supports both large technical companies and public institutions in education and healthcare to design smart, scalable and inspiring processes – always with people at the center.
He also supports start-ups in building future-proof foundations and has taught at several institutes on business transformation and change leadership.
Thanks to his long-standing involvement in political and public governance, including his current board role at the NLBVO, Miguel also understands how to navigate and simplify politically sensitive and complex decision-making – an essential skill in large organizations and stakeholder-driven environments.
